During these turbulent times, we must tend the garden well….the inner landscape; the deserts, the swamps, the dark valleys where there is no light, and the plateaus where we witness the beginning of a new day. Shy not away from the discomfort of your soul, or your weary legs as we climb that glorious mountain. Maintain your commitment to reach that summit where you can feel the beauty that now surrounds you. Acknowledge means to heal. Feel all that lives within your sacred space and give it a resting place where you provide the comfort that is being needed. Sit in the comfort of your sacredness.
